During the identity verification process — which is required before your first withdrawal or when requested by the platform — you will need to submit valid supporting documents such as a current national ID or passport, along with proof of ownership of your registered bank account.
Password & Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your pavillion88 account password and login credentials confidential. Do not share this information with anyone. All activity carried out under your account — including betting, deposits, and withdrawals — will be treated as your own actions unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access to us.

Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Pavillion88 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

- Creation of multiple accounts by the same individual.
- Suspicious activity related to money laundering or illicit financing.

If an account is closed for legitimate reasons and a net balance remains, pavillion88 will process the return of that balance in accordance with applicable internal procedures, subject to any necessary investigation.
Payments, Transactions & Currency
Official Currency
All financial transactions on the pavillion88 platform — including deposits, withdrawals, rebates, and rewards — are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Foreign currencies are not accepted directly. If you use a card or bank account in a foreign currency, any conversion fees charged by your bank are entirely your responsibility.
Accepted Deposit Methods
Pavillion88 accepts deposits via approved Malaysian local payment methods, including FPX (direct bank transfer) and DuitNow. All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits set from time to time, which can be reviewed in the user account section.
Successful deposits will be credited to your account within the timeframe stated in the platform's payment section. pavillion88 is not responsible for delays caused by banks or third-party payment processors.
Fund Withdrawal
All withdrawals will be processed to the same bank account that has been registered and verified by the user. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. Processing times depend on the chosen method and pavillion88's internal verification process. In certain cases, withdrawals may be delayed pending a security review or document verification.
Platform Usage Rules & Liability Limits
Prohibited Conduct
Users are strictly prohibited from doing any of the following while using the pavillion88 platform:

- Attempting to hack, compromise security, or exploit system vulnerabilities.

Pavillion88 Liability Limits
To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, pavillion88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, unrealised profits, or service disruptions caused by factors beyond the platform's control such as internet service outages, third-party infrastructure failures, or natural disasters.
Pavillion88 makes no guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or error at all times. Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance may cause temporary disruptions to platform access.
Intellectual Property, External Links, and Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property Ownership
All content on the pavillion88 platform — including logos, brand names, interface design, text, images, software code, and other visual elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of pavillion88 or its licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, republish, or modify any platform content without prior written consent from pavillion88.
Using pavillion88's brand name, logo, or marketing materials for commercial purposes without prior authorisation is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
